At JRNAILS, every set of press-on nails is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted. We take pride in delivering high-quality, unique nail sets to every customer. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All JRNAILS press-on nails are hand-painted and individually crafted.
Due to the nature of handmade products:

  • Slight variations in color, design placement, or details may occur
  • Each set is unique and may not be 100% identical to product images

These natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Sizing Responsibility

We provide clear and accurate size details on every product page to help you choose the correct fit.

  • Please carefully review all sizing information before purchasing
  • If you are unsure, we recommend measuring your nails in advance

Orders placed with incorrect sizing are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Minor handmade variations

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective (not related to handmade variation)
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellations will not be accepted

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Verified damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
